Admission Requirements for Federal Polytechnic Nekede

Higher National Diploma(HND)

1. Candidates must possess the National Diploma of theFederal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri or from a recognized institution with a minimum of lower credit pass(CGPA 2.50).
2. If you have a pass grade and a CGPA of at least 2.00, you need to have a working experience of at least two years after completing your ND Program.

Note:This only applies to graduates of Federal Polytechnic Nekede with an ND degree.

NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) – 2 YEARS

1. Candidates must score a minimum of 140 in his/her UTME.
2. Candidates with awaiting O’level results are not eligible to apply.
3. Candidates must possess at least five(5) O’ level credits in WAEC, NECO, NABTEBor it’s equivalent.
4. We accept combinations of results from two different O’ level results. But note that:Combinning NABTEB and WAEC or NECO is not acceptable. NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB, while NECO can be combined with WAEC.
